Inconsistent practice leads to gaps in support quality.

The challenge we address
Providers face persistent challenges that affect quality, risk and retention.
Inconsistent practice leads to gaps in support quality.
Hard to retain staff and maintain stable, confident teams.
More incidents, complaints and audit exposure.
Limited translation of training into day-to-day practice.
Our practice-based development model
We combine evidence-based frameworks with applied learning methods to ensure learning translates directly into safer practice on the floor.

Message from Our Founder
At Anchorcare, we believe that exceptional care begins with confident, capable and well-supported frontline workers.
Throughout my career as a Registered Nurse, educator and healthcare leader, I have had the privilege of working alongside remarkable support workers who show up every day with compassion and commitment to improve the lives of others.
Anchorcare was born from a simple but important question: How do we better equip the people who care for others?
Our mission is to strengthen workforce capability by providing practical, experiential and relevant learning solutions that equip support workers with the knowledge, confidence and transferable skills needed to thrive in today's care environments.
Warm regards,
Judy Diane Ngatia
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
